An exploration of how contrasting materials can be fused together by stitches and moulding with the intention to challenge material expressions. The result is both a material investigation and a final selection developed towards accessories. When working with fusion of contrasting materials towards the body the project places itself both on the boarder between material and design fields. By adding the textile design perspective to this material investigation textile qualities such as flexibility, structure, tactility and movement is essential for the final expression.
